American leader Joe Biden considers Russian President Vladimir Putin a war criminal.
Journalists, after a briefing at the White House, asked Biden about his attitude towards Putin and asked if he considered the head of the Kremlin a war criminal.
The President of the United States said in the affirmative: “Oh, yes. Of course.” Biden’s quick response drew cheering chuckles from some in the audience.
