So this guy says Russia will suffer catastrophic consequences should the use Nuclear weapons, then he goes on to say the U.S. and its allies could strike , but I don’t know for sure, Russian military in occupied territories of Ukraine. Not any different than what the U.S. and allies are doing now. Gen. Ben Hodges isn’t offering anything new
