I have just watched a video that shows the so called attack on Vovchansk has been stopped dead in its tracks. There are a lot of media publishing updates that contradict each other. I think it’s best to wait for official confirmation from the military.

A destroyed village is the usual russian way, but they haven’t taken it.
Right. But if Ukraine had had the means to react to the RuSSian troop buildup properly, there wouldn’t be much artillery left at the offensive force. So, that the RuSSkies manage to destroy that village so fast is not a good sign. ☹
The problem is that Ukraine can’t use Western made weapons inside Russia. I assume that means everything from artillery shells to ATACMS. The only way Ukraine can use these weapons is if the orcs come across the border any distance. Ideally Ukraine would have destroyed the orcs before they got anywhere near the border, but the cowards have tied Ukrainian hands.
Ouch, right, good point, F1. Yup, that certainly hindered Ukraine’s preemptive strike against the troop buildup. 😖
I think that had a lot to do with it, Ukraine let them push in to a point to be able to use all against them.
My thoughts, too. Once they are in Himars range, the fun begins.
