Details: According to the investigation, a 48-year-old man from Balakliia colluded with representatives of the occupying forces and assumed the position of “chief” of the so-called “people’s militia of Balakliia”. In particular, from April to September, he recruited other workers, managed their activities, and organised joint patrols with the Russian occupying forces near critical infrastructure facilities.

According to the Office of the General Prosecutor, in September, the man tried to run away from Balakliia to the occupied Luhansk Oblast; however, he was detained by Ukrainian law enforcement officers in Kupiansk after the city was liberated. The ID card that the occupiers issued to the traitor was valid only until late 2022.

Yet another rat caught in the trap. We’ll soon see what atrocities turn up in Balakliia, to which this guy will be responsible for.

    • He’s an accessory to mass murder, torture, rape and thieving. He well have been an active participant.
All intel must be dragged out of him putinazi style : with electrodes if necessary.
