In the temporarily occupied city of Sevastopol, the Balaklava Thermal Power Plant was hit during a nighttime attack on July 14, leaving part of the city without power.

According to Ukrinform, the Crimean Wind Telegram channel reported this.

According to the channel, the attack targeted the Balaklava Thermal Power Plant building. As a result, one side of the structure sustained significant damage, while the opposite side had metal structures deformed, holes appeared in some places, and all windows were shattered.

It is noted that part of the city was without power after the attack.

In addition, according to the Telegram channel, an explosion occurred in the area of Omega (Kruhla) Bay. Access to the Omega Beach promenade from the western side of the bay was blocked, and police cordoned off the area.

A helicopter factory is located on the eastern shore of the bay.

There are also reports of a fire at the small civil aviation airfield in Kerch, where Russian air defense facilities are located.

The fire was detected near the railroad tracks, which may also indicate damage to the railway infrastructure.

As reported by Ukrinform, on July 12–13, the Unmanned Systems Forces struck the Kuban–Crimea power bridge and hit nine power substations in the temporarily occupied territories.
