Cluster munitions were designed to defend democracies against very large totalitarian aggressors- mainly Russia, China and North Korea. In no wargaming that anyone could ever imagine, would Ukraine single-handedly take on not only one- but two of the largest aggressors in the world.
Russia is now being armed by 2 of the 4 State Sponsors of Terrorism as labeled by the US State Department (Iran and North Korea), and now North Korea is sending troops. North Korea has one of the largest armies in the world- larger than Russia even. This is a lot of manpower and cannon fodder.
This is exactly what the West designed CLUSTER MUNITIONS to defend against. Massive armies of men and artillery from Russia and North Korea.
This is why the West should increase aid, massively, in the form of cluster munitions for 155mm howitzers, HIMARS launchers and F-16s. We are now already sending cluster munitions for each of these platforms. We now need QUANTITY. Quantity has a quality all its own.
Make no mistake about it- Ukraine is taking on TWO of the largest armies in the world single-handedly. It is the moral imperative for the west to provide even more munitions than we have provided thus far, and to conitinue to increase until Ukrainian victory.
Regardless of who is in Office in January 2025, the United States, NATO, and the free world needs to fight against the AXIS OF EVIL: Russia, Iran, North Korea…and ensure China does not support the AXIS militarily, economically or politically.

Svitlana Moronets, writing in her column today in The Spectator, commented about the Axis of Evil sending norks to Ukraine:
“Washington is, as always, ‘concerned’. Sean Savett, a spokesman for the White House National Council, stated that this move would reflect ‘a new level of desperation for Russia as it continues to suffer significant casualties on the battlefield’. Condemnation, however, won’t help much if the reports turn out to be true. Zelensky warned that Putin will match the European Union’s arms production next year and is preparing reinforcements to prolong the war rather than end it. Russia is winning – and Moscow feels no need to seek peace any time soon.”
“Washington is, as always, ‘concerned’.”
Especially when the ice cream truck drives by without stopping.
This meeting that just took place; as outlined in the Reuters piece, has produced less than nothing.

Ukraine faces two huge armies and no one is prepared to stick their necks out and actually help Ukraine in its struggle against devilry.
