The attacked factories process about 25 million tons of oil per year, which is almost 10% of the entire oil refining of the Russian Federation.

The attack on three oil refineries in the Samara region of the Russian Federation was effective. The UNIAN correspondent was informed about this by well-informed sources in the law enforcement agencies.

“The SBU continues to implement the strategy of undermining the economic potential of the Russian Federation, which allows it to wage war in Ukraine. The “cotton” season at Russian refineries is in full swing. Each such defeat reduces the flow of petrodollars that feeds the Russian military economy,” the source notes.

In particular, SBU drones attacked three Rosneft oil refineries in the Samara region. We are talking about the Novokuybyshevsky, Kuybyshevsky and Syzransky refineries.

In total, these factories process about 25 million tons of oil per year, which is almost 10% of the entire oil refining of the Russian Federation.

According to sources, the night attack on Russian refineries was effective.

  1. Whoa, “almost 10% of the entire oil refining of the Russian Federation”, if that quantity goes offline for a longer period of time, it must have far reaching consequences. Instead of getting election gifts, Russians may be surprised by long lines at gas stations soon. Of course, the demands of the armed forces will have priority over those of average Ivans and their Ladas. That’s what they deserve for not opposing the effing war. 😈
