Ukrainian partisans continue to sabotage the logistics of the Russian occupation army. Activists of the Atesh movement destroyed a diesel locomotive in the Voronezh region.
Thus, it was possible to interrupt the supply of the occupiers in the Kupyansk direction. This was reported by the military movement of Ukrainians and Crimean Tatars “Atesh”.
Details of the sabotage
Partisans destroyed a freight diesel locomotive 2TE116U near the Lisky railway station in the Voronezh region. The locomotive suffered damage that prevents it from being returned to service without major repairs.
According to the resistance movement, the Liski railway junction is a giant artery on the main southern route of the Russian Railways , through which trains from the Volga region, the Urals, and Siberia pass towards Valuyki. It is along this route that the Russian command continuously transfers heavy armored vehicles, fuel, and tons of ammunition for its group, which is storming Ukrainian positions in the Kupyansk direction.
In conditions of a shortage of serviceable locomotives, this leads to delays in trains carrying military cargo and disruptions in the schedule of supplies to the front.
“Putin does not plan to stop the war, despite the huge losses, and is preparing a broad mobilization. The Russian army and the Putin regime must be stopped for the common good,” the partisans stated.
As OBOZ.UA reported, “Atesh” previously struck at the logistics of the occupiers in the Voronezh region.
In addition, the traffic agent damaged a key section of the occupiers’ railway in Taganrog.
