“No luck… it was a good tank, I almost crushed a car,” an eyewitness commented on the incident. The State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of Russia in the Sakhalin Region confirmed to TASS that the tank was poorly secured and that, according to preliminary data, no one was injured as a result of the fall of armored vehicles on the road.
