The Armed Forces of Ukraine liquidated Russian Colonel Oleksiy Horobets, who was the commander of the 20th Motorized Rifle Division (Volgograd) as part of the 8th Army of the Russian Federation.

This was written by the Volgograd site ” Notebook ” with reference to the words of the widow of the Russian occupier.

It is noted that a DNA test was required to confirm the identity of the liquidated Russian.

The Russian website also recalls that the 20th Guards Motorized Rifle Division is called the “Carpathian-Berlin Red Banner Order of Suvorov”, it was revived in 2021.

The circumstances under which the Russian colonel was liquidated are not indicated.
