The head of the Pentagon congratulated the country.
Argentina became a new member of the Defense Contact Group of Ukraine, also known as the Rammstein format.
This was announced by the Secretary of Defense of the United States of America, Lloyd Austin, during the opening of the meeting of the international coalition to help Ukraine. As you know, representatives of 50 countries are participating in the 23rd meeting chaired by the USA.
“The support of Ukraine is increasing, and therefore I welcome the efforts of Argentina, as a new member of the Contact Group. I welcome you with us today,” the head of the Pentagon said.

I think the Argentine MIC put them up to it. Those defense companies are seeing what Ukraine is doing and they’re joining in. Besides that, there are around a half million Ukrainians there compared to just one million in the US. Argentina has less than 50 million population compared to 330 million in the USA.
