Aleksey Arestovich, adviser to the head of the President’s Office, said that the Russian army in Ukraine is over.

“To be honest, as a military man, I see no options for the Russian army in Ukraine. They are still moving by inertia of orders, but they are trying to surround four large urban agglomerations simultaneously (Kyiv, Kharkov, Mariupol, Nikolaev) with 200 thousand troops spaced at a distance of 500 km, only complete idiots can,” Arestovich believes.

Therefore, according to Arestovich, they will become “grease for our bayonets.”

“There will still be some kind of attempt to “storm Kyiv”, an attempt to cut Kharkov and Sumy, to surround Nikolaev, but this is all inertia,” he added.

The adviser to the head of the Presidential Office added that if the Russians were not cowards, then one of the generals would offer Putin the option of withdrawing from Ukraine “with the preservation of at least some face.”

“But the problem is that this option will not help them either. Firstly, there will be no such general. This requires special courage – civilian, which the Russian military has long lost. Secondly, the sick Botox old man locked himself in a bunker and no one does not listen, bending lower and lower under the weight of what they have done – and, first of all, for their own, the Russian people. According to the adviser to the head of the Presidential Office, in Ukraine, the Russian military will not face an honorable draw, but “a natural military defeat.”
