  1. What a refreshing change to see adults in a room, and not a clown show. I can almost hear the whining coming from the kremlin.

Nice to see Zelensky with the King, wearing his usual attire, without snide comments coming from MAGA lackeys.

  2. I’d believe in seeing Western planes in Ukraine’s airspace before seeing any Western boots on the ground. But, even planes would be farfetched, knowing how the West is still basically a place where fear reigns freely.

    • Yeah, that’s true, but it promises to be more effective than Trump’s capitulation plan.

      • I agree.
Forgive me. But, I’ve read similar discussions so many times, which never came to pass, to be a bit skeptical about such reports.
But remember, I’d really love to be wrong on this.

  3. “Boots on the ground and planes in the sky.”
Never heard that from one of the main European leaders.
I hope this means Europe is finally waking up for the Post WWII malaise that has gripped the continent.
    And they better hurry.
Because Molotov/Ribontroff part 2 is coming. It is an inevitable given the course of action Trump is taking.
Only this time it is not distant Poland, Finland and the Baltics on the chopping block. Trump’s BS about Greenland is an indication of his underlying imperialist ambitions.
Europe needs to keep supporting Ukraine to the hilt because as long as Putin is tied up there he can cause little trouble elsewhere. The way he stood by and let Assad fall is proof of that.
Meanwhile Europe needs to start rebuilding their own Military Industrial Complex. They will need more of everything.
They also need to start looking at where they are getting their weapons from. American equipment is very good but can Europe count on the US to keep the supply train rolling in a conflict with Russia?
After Friday they need to look at that question VERY hard.
A conflict between the US and Europe seems unimaginable. However we live in a world where the unimaginable has become commonplace.
To use a phrase form the Cold War; Europe needs to start “thinking about the unthinkable.”

  4. First step should be kicking hungary and slovakia out of EU. That would send a strong message to all potential ruzzian lovers
