Residents were urged to prepare storage facilities and a strategic supply of food.

The city council of Kupyansk, located in the temporarily Russian-occupied territory of the Kharkiv region , published a message for the first time in half a year of the war.

The message was posted on the city council’s Facebook page.

“Dear residents of Kupyansk! Please do not neglect your safety and the safety of your loved ones! Prepare storage facilities and a strategic supply of food. Keep your power banks charged. The Armed Forces of Ukraine are already close. Kupyansk has always been and remains a Ukrainian city. Follow the messages from official sources,” the message reads. message.

Recall that the Armed Forces of Ukraine recaptured some settlements  in the south of Ukraine . However, the liberated territories will be reported later, so as not to expose them to massive strikes from the invaders. 

An official announcement is being prepared. It is also noted that the invaders leave behind mined territories and objects.
