Ukraine is breathing a sigh of relief as the Senate passes its long-awaited aid bill. Speaking to The Guardian, Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said “hallelujah” to the news. But he also warned that Russia is out-shelling Ukraine ten to one, and “no single package can stop the Russians.” Author Anne Applebaum is a staff writer at The Atlantic.
