A 26-year-old citizen of the United States of America, born in Russia, was detained this afternoon by the Odessa police.
According to the press service of the GUNP, a foreigner, dressed in a T-shirt in the colors of the Russian flag, came to the Potemkin Stairs, where the 30-meter flag of Ukraine was unfurled, and tried to provoke the protesters.
When the police demanded to stop the illegal actions, the man rushed to run, but unsuccessfully. He was taken to the police station, where the administrative protocols were drawn up under Art. 173 and 185 КУоАП (petty hooliganism and willful disobedience to a lawful order or demand of a policeman).
