This what Zelensky said about any deal. The US already tried to exploit Ukraine with this mineral scam. So I don’t think they are going to accept any russian contrived peace deal.
“I will never accept any decisions between the United States and Russia about Ukraine, never. And neither will our people — adults, children, no one. This is impossible. This war is in Ukraine, against us, and it’s our human losses. We are grateful for all the support, for the unity in the U.S. regarding Ukraine, and for bipartisan solidarity. We appreciate all of this, but no world leader can negotiate with Putin about us without us,” Zelensky said.
Zelensky is exactly right about this.
Trump seems to act as if he’s making a regular real estate deal, only in bigger scale. He doesn’t see the human factor, and the cultural one, much less the righteous one.
