During the day on March 16, the air defense of Ukraine destroyed at least 10 air targets of the occupier .
This was reported by the command of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook .
The air defense destroyed three Russian Su-30SM fighters, one Su-34 fighter bomber, one aircraft of an unknown type, two helicopters and one operational-tactical UAV.
In addition, the air defense of the Ground Forces reports another downed Su-34 fighter bomber and a Ka-52 helicopter in the northern and southern directions, respectively.
“Fighter aviation continues to conduct air battles with the superior air forces of the occupiers. There were uses, launches of guided missiles, we will clarify and check whether the targets were hit,” the statement said.
As UNIAN reported, as of March 16, the Ukrainian military destroyed 84 Russian aircraft and 108 helicopters.
