Aid to Ukrainian refugees in Germany needs to be cut, says chancellor candidate Merz

Friedrich Merz is considered the main contender for the chancellor’s seat, so his words matter.

Ukrainian refugees in Germany should receive less assistance than they currently receive, Friedrich Merz, the leader of the opposition Christian Democratic Union (CDU), who is considered a potential candidate to become Germany’s next chancellor, said in an interview with the Rheinische Post newspaper .

According to him, Ukrainians, who are currently receiving “citizens’ benefits” in Germany, should receive the more modest assistance provided for ordinary asylum seekers. He made this statement while criticizing the current German government, which, according to Merz, is spending budget money too wastefully.

In particular, the politician called “assistance for citizens,” which is paid not only to Ukrainians, “the largest, literally explosive expense item” of the German budget.

“We need to turn the system upside down again. The concept of “citizens’ assistance” will disappear. We plan to introduce a new basic social assistance. We will put an end to illegal migration and thus reduce large budget expenses. We will transfer refugees from Ukraine who are arriving again from “citizens’ assistance” to assistance provided for by the law on assistance for political asylum seekers. At the same time, we will immediately grant them a work permit and speed up the process of recognizing their professional qualifications,” Merz said.

In particular, the politician criticized the current system, where a foreigner must first learn German in courses in order to be allowed to get a job. According to Merz, it is much easier to learn the language on the job than in courses, which, moreover, are not enough for everyone.

      • I fear it will be quite some time until they do return to areas close to the Border, unless there is a large armed presence to keep them safe. There can be no trusting the scum after we win the war, much the same as Israel with the Goat fuckers, they will be lobbing missiles forever.

Something would have to be done to stop or prevent that happening.

  1. I would really love to know the TRUE figures of those who do not work, as knowing Ukrainians as we all do, I doubt it is a significant number who don’t work or would not work if possible.

These kind of headlines and ideas are planted by moskali agents in any case, and are carefully designed to sound plausible, so fermenting unrest and ill-feeling.

If obstacles are placed in the paths of those who actually want to work, how can they be blamed for claiming benefits to which they are entitled?

    • Most Ukrainian refugees are women who have children. Finding a place in a german Kindergarten is difficult since they are all full thanks to the 10 by 2 goatfuckers. So without proper knowledge of the german language and kids to take care of it’s difficult for them to work, in particular full-time.

      • Yes, that’s the problem everywhere, lack of places, here in the UK not so much overpopulation, but the ratio of staff to sprogs, plus the entitled attitude of the ‘Exec Mummy’ brigade with their oversized Chelsea Tractors, who must have little Tarquin in a Nursery as its the ‘thing’ so that Mummy can keep her £50,000 per annum job with Snotfest Blowjob as Diversity Enabling Executive. Rather than hire a Nanny for £25,000 a year, she spends £25,000 plus £5,000 for fuel driving him Half a Mile every day, but the traffic is so bad it takes at least half an hour, then again at night, but they can’t walk as it is so dangerous with all these big cars……..
