An unusual tactic of Ukrainian soldiers was reported by the Washington Post

The Ukrainian military has created a number of wooden prototypes of US HIMARS missile systems. The Russians hit them with Kalibras, wasting expensive ammunition.
The Washington Post writes about it.
The publication cites an unnamed Ukrainian official and an American diplomat.
The HIMARS models are made of wood. They are no different from real missile launchers for Russian drones transmitting information about targets on cruise missile carriers in the Black Sea.
According to WP, the Russians hit at least 10 wooden mock-ups with Kalibr missiles within weeks. The Ukrainians then proceeded to manufacture fake HIMARS even more persistently.
According to a U.S. diplomat, the strikes on the fake targets can partially explain that the Russians reported destroying more HIMARS than Ukraine had received.

Ukrainians learned from what the US/UK did to the nazis in WW2 and now Ukrainians are applying that skill to the nazis in 2022.
