ADDRESS TO DONALD TRUMP

STAND WITH UKRAINE

Tanya Fiona

Andrii Fuchenko

What kind of negotiations can we have with a terrorist russia that has been seizing more and more lands for centuries and killing more and more people?!
If we allow injustice to be committed against another person (country), sooner or later this injustice will turn against us !
Only the pressure of the entire international community can force russia to retreat! To impose such sanctions against it so that it thinks not about how to fight but about how to survive itself !!!!!!

Now Ukraine! Who is next?!!!
Let’s not wait! After all, the price is too high!!!
Ukraine are fighting for the freedom of all Europe !!!
If we allow Ukraine to die tomorrow, then Europe will die the day after tomorrow or the day after !
Let’s stop russia together!!!

“An appeal from all the good people of the world to those who have forgotten what justice is !”

ADDRESS TO DONALD TRUMP

by Mykola Yaroslavovych Holomsha,
Former First Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine

Mr. Trump,

I am addressing you not as a political opponent and not as a petitioner.

I am addressing you as a lawyer who has served the law his entire life,
and as a human being whose soul is bleeding from the victims of the unprovoked, brutal, barbaric aggression of russia against Ukraine in the 21st century.

I appeal to honor, truth, and justice, and to mercy for our small Ukrainian children, who simply want to live — just like your grandchildren — children for whom the air-raid siren has replaced a mother’s lullaby, children who grow older than their parents from the fear of war, death, and mutilation.
Today, the world lives in a state of catastrophic war.
History no longer listens to explanations — it records responsibility.

I want to remind you of a fundamental fact that has nothing to do with personalities, political cycles, or parties.

It was the United States of America that initiated the removal of Ukraine’s nuclear arsenal — the third largest in the world.

It was the signature of the President of the United States — not as a surname, but as the highest office of the American state — that stands under the Budapest Memorandum.

This was not an act of goodwill by Ukraine.
It was a decision made in the interests of global security — at the request of, and under guarantees provided by, the United States.

And those guarantees meant one thing:
in the event of aggression against Ukraine, the United States is obligated to provide assistance — without demanding any payment, compensation, or territorial concessions.

Allow me to remind you of another fact.
When terrorists attacked the Twin Towers in the United States on September 11, 2001,
the world immediately stood with America.
– NATO invoked Article 5 on collective defense for the first time in its history;
– dozens of countries provided military, intelligence, financial, and logistical assistance;
– allies opened their airspace, military bases, and intelligence services;
– no country demanded that the assistance be “paid back”;
– no conditions were imposed;
– no one suggested that America should “give up part of its territory for the sake of peace.”
Because there is a basic principle:
the victim of aggression is not blamed.

Therefore, today any rhetoric of the kind
“if someone else had been president, there would have been no war”
is not merely false.
It is cynicism.
The war exists.
And responsibility for it lies exclusively with russia.
russia has been officially recognized as an aggressor state by resolutions of the UN General Assembly.

There are joint decisions of both chambers of the U.S. Congress recognizing russia as the aggressor.
At the legislative level, it is clearly established:
the return of all occupied territories of Ukraine and full recognition of its sovereignty.
Therefore, I ask a direct legal question:
What is there to negotiate with a murderer who has come into your home?
On what basis is Ukraine being asked to give up its territories?
Who has the right to demand this from a victim state?
Under which norm of international law?
Under which provision of U.S. law?
You refer to “some polls,” claiming that the Ukrainian people are ready to agree.
I state this responsibly:
this is not true.

Ukrainians are ready for the end of the war.
But not for the surrender of their territories.
This is a clear and consolidated position of the Ukrainian people.

On my public page, 4.6 million views have been recorded.
I have received tens of thousands of messages.
Not a single one agrees to concessions to the aggressor.
There is only one position:
the end of aggression in accordance with the resolutions of the UN General Assembly.
And one more truth that is systematically withheld from you.
You are being lied to — at every step — by representatives of our enemy.
The russian army is demoralized.
Russians are surrendering en masse.
Thousands are dying every day.
And even among them, one thought prevails:
this maniac in the kremlin must be stopped.

That is the reality, Mr. President.
The only thing that delays the end of the war
is the delay in providing Ukraine with the necessary assistance,
which you are obligated to provide without charge under international law.

Not a lack of will among Ukrainians.
Not an “unwillingness to negotiate.”
But precisely — delay.

I understand that my words are emotional.
Because I am not speaking from paper — I am speaking from pain,
but with the voice of truth and the language of justice, which have always been a guiding light for the United States.

But sometimes the truth must hurt,
otherwise it does not reach those who need to hear it.

Ukraine is not asking for charity.
Ukraine is demanding the fulfillment of obligations that were undertaken.

History will remember this.
And it will be mercilessly honest.
I hope for clarity of vision.

And for honor.
I have the honor.

Thank you for saying that. This letter shall be translated into all languages in he world and delivered to all countries, so in global scale people could read this and hopefully understand. What’s more visible today is that education, and history exclusively is key to build peace in the world. People who are ignorant and not well educated by not in history geography and etc. are putting world peace and law and order into crisis and because their ignorance means they learn on mistakes of their decisions and the whole world suffers their ignorance together. As we need biology and chemistry as science to take care of health and ecology, as we need mathematics and physics as science to no develop new technologies, we need history, law, geography, culture as science to keep peace in the world. Otherwise we do not understand the roots of conflicts and are easy to be manipulated by agressor. russia has developed a manipulation methods for ages, not even decades, but for ages, russian leaders has been always and continues to use bullying as a method to keep people silent And obedient to the chieftain, regardless of the cost, and the price is people’s lives. He is a nightmarish aggressor, as the history shows, which you need to know to understand the mentality and the way this country operates. Instead of developing, healing, caring for ecology, the world is drowning in fear of the terror of Russia, which, having the largest resources and territory, wants to take over the whole world by blackmailing it with resources, the terror of wars and bribing people like Donald Trump, whom they cleverly encouraged into politics decades ago, giving him the gift the name Krasnov. Decades later, they have him at their disposal in the office of the President of the United States. Ignorance on the subject led to elections once and now again. There is no reflection then, for example, it was not after the attack on the Capitol and there is no more.

Let this go viral ! Such a brilliantly written letter pointing out the facts prior to the Russian invasion. And, the obligations of the world to assist Ukraine in putting an end to the war, with no concessions given to the aggressor. There is little hope that Mr Trump will do something more than sending his billionaire friend to speak with Putin but there is hope that the American people will speak up.

Tim Mardon

The next press conference he needs to be asked what he thinks of this letter. 🇺🇦❤️🇺🇦

As an honorable and intelligent man you are addressing a creature with no honour, intellect , compassion, honesty humanity, empathy or moral compass. He lacks dignity and courage so will have no understanding of the history, tenaciousness, and courage of the Ukrainian people. Thank you for your efforts in trying to inform him.

I appreciate what you’re saying, but Donald Trump does not. He is a criminal and a psychopath without any conscience.

Rosel Vedar

Since they breach the protocol, it is but right for Ukraine to start its nuclear program again, nobody and nothing can guarantee your peace and safety except your own strength and power, no more compromise , just do it.

  1. his is all 100% spot on. Hardly anything else can be added.
    However.
What use is it to appeal to a creature that has no morals? No compassion? No sense of right or wrong? Who looks out for himself and that’s it? A creature that isn’t in the least shaken by images of dead children, crushed by the rubble of their homes? A ghoul so evil, he has a piece of burnt, rotten flesh where a heart should be? And whose personal thugs called ICE murder their own citizens?
    That’s right, absolutely nothing.

  2. > I appeal to honor, truth, and justice

Too bad trumpkov knows nothing about those. The only appeal to him that would work is to his greed.

    > Under which provision of U.S. law?

Anyone who has been following the news from the U.S. knows that trumpkov cares nothing for U.S. law.

    > I have the honor.

trumpkov doesn’t know the meaning of the word.

    > you are addressing a creature with no honour, intellect , compassion, honesty, humanity, empathy or moral compass. He lacks dignity and courage

    Nailed it!
