A precise strike was made on an enemy air defense system.

Operators of the 412th “NEMESIS” regiment discovered and struck the Buk-M3 SAM launcher , making its further use impossible.

The Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Telegram .

It is noted that the strike was carried out on the air defense system of the Russian occupiers in one of the key areas.

“Operators of the 412th regiment “NEMESIS” detected and carried out a precise strike on the launcher of the SAM “Buk-M3″, one of the key elements of the enemy’s air defense. This complex is capable of destroying air targets at altitudes of up to 25 km and tracking them at a distance of up to 70 km. The cost of the complete complex is about $45,000,000,” the statement said.

It is noted that after the precise strike, the complex received critical damage, which made its further use impossible.

The video says that this medium-range complex is designed to destroy air targets, including aircraft, helicopters, UAVs and cruise missiles.

  1. “The video says that this medium-range complex is designed to destroy air targets, including aircraft, helicopters, UAVs and cruise missiles.”

So what did it fail to detect then?

    • Ukraine has destroyed lots of radar systems lately. No wonder this air defense unit was blind.
