Investigations are currently underway.

In the Kupyansky  district of the Kharkiv region, they found a shelled convoy with cars, where there were civilians. 

This was announced by the head of the Kharkiv OVA Oleg Sinegubov

“According to preliminary data, 20 people were killed in cars. Law enforcement officers and experts went to the scene. Investigative actions are underway. Details are being clarified. The invaders attacked civilians who tried to escape from shelling. This is cruelty that cannot be justified,” he wrote. 

The head of the IVA did not specify exactly when the shelling took place.

Recall that the regional center of the Kupyansky district of the Kharkiv region, the city of Kupyansk, was occupied by Russian invaders on February 27, 2022. On September 10, the Armed Forces of Ukraine liberated the city, but part of the Kupyansky district along the administrative border with the Luhansk region still remains in occupation. 

After the liberation of Kupyansk, the Russians continue to shell the city. After the enemy withdrew from this territory, in the liberated areas of the region, numerous torture chambers were found, where the Russian military mocked Ukrainians, and mass graves with hundreds of dead.
