Former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba recalls why treaties with russia are not worth even the paper they are written on.
“Here is a short list of the results of negotiations with Russia that it has never honored:
- The 1994 Budapest Memorandum, in which Russia agreed to “respect the independence, sovereignty and existing borders of Ukraine” and to “refrain from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of Ukraine.” In 2014, Russia invaded Crimea.
- The 1997 Russian-Ukrainian Friendship Treaty, in which Russia agreed to respect the territorial integrity of Ukraine and “confirmed the inviolability of the borders” between the two countries. It violated it in 2014.
- The OSCE Istanbul Summit in 2002, in which Russia committed to withdrawing its troops from the Transnistria region of Moldova and Georgia by the end of 2002. This never happened.
- The 2008 Georgia ceasefire agreement: After its military aggression in the country, Russia agreed that “Russian military forces should withdraw to the lines before hostilities began.” This never happened.
- The Ilovaisk “green corridor” in August 2014 and other “humanitarian” corridors of death. Russia promised to let Ukrainian forces leave the besieged town of Ilovaisk in eastern Ukraine, but instead Russia quickly turned it into a “corridor of death” opened fire, killing 366 Ukrainian soldiers. In the following years, Russia attacked numerous humanitarian corridors in Syria.
- The 2014 and 2015 Minsk agreements. Russia agreed to a ceasefire in eastern Ukraine. There were 200 rounds of talks and 20 attempts to impose a ceasefire, all of which the Russian side promptly violated. On February 24, 2022, Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
- Black Sea Grain Initiative, 2022 – Russia promised to “provide maximum guarantees of a safe and secure environment for all vessels engaged in this initiative.” Then it obstructed the initiative’s operations for months before unilaterally withdrawing a year later.
And these are just deals made with Russia to resolve specific issues and conflicts. Not to mention of the nearly 400 international treaties that Russia has violated since 2014. No one can seriously use the words “Russia” and “negotiations” in the same sentence.
Putin is a pathological liar who promised international leaders that he would not invade Ukraine days before his invasion in February 2022.
Russia’s tactics have remained consistent in its numerous wars over the past three decades: kill, rob, lie, and deny.
Why would anyone really believe that Russia in 2023 is any different from Russia in 1994, 1997, 1999, 2008, 2014, 2015?”

Putin is conducting a classic KGB recruitment with Trump.
BRILLIANT! 🎯
A clash of narciss and psychopath: how Putin is conducting a classic KGB recruitment with Trump.
Svetlana Chunikhina – political psychologist:
“Trump’s phone call with Putin is a classic example of agent recruitment.
The Russian dictator is subtly playing on the soul strings of the American president, who ultimately says mostly what is pleasant to the Kremlin.
What we see between Putin and Trump is a recruitment on the air.
Step one: Putin publicly subscribes to the Trumpist worldview of the stolen 2020 elections and how the war would not have started if the elections had not been stolen.
Step two: Putin raises the stakes of Trump’s disregard for Europe, as if to suggest that there is no need to stand on ceremony around Europe’s tail wagging at America’s feet. Trump appreciates what he happily announces on his social network.
Step three: a phone call, which is probably the first personal one. Trump, already warmed up by the preliminary recruitment, has apparently received such a powerful stream of flattery that he found it necessary to boast about it publicly: Putin quotes my brilliant statements about common sense.
And the most telling thing is that the client is sure that he is at the top, that he is leading and everything is going the way he wants.
Although they are leading him. In front of the amazed audience.
Karl Jung was once asked what would happen if Hitler, Mussolini and Stalin were locked in a room with a minimum amount of food, who would win? The most brutal one would win, Jung said, this is Stalin. And that is exactly what happened.
Before us is a battle between a narcissist and a psychopath, with the former being much more vulnerable from a psychological point of view. He has a “weak spot” – he needs other people to receive confirmation of his genius and superiority from them. People like Trump despise others (those who are weaker and inferior), but they need them. And they especially need the approval of those they consider stronger and better, who they do not exactly despise, but rather even admire. This is an obvious and easy-to-use vulnerability.
And psychopaths do not have such a weak point, they do not need anyone (psychologically). Other people for them are just cardboard figures that can be easily moved back and forth. And now Putin knows for sure that Trump is made of the same cardboard as everyone else. Only red in color and with the inscription “Make America Great Again”. But this way it is even simpler.”

Dmytro Tyshetsky
“America, I have a question for you.”
You chose Donald Trump as your president. And today, your president picked up the phone and called the world’s number one terrorist. Not to demand justice. Not to hold him accountable. But to talk. To negotiate. To treat him like a legitimate leader.
So tell me—how do you feel about that?
Would you have accepted a president who called Bin Laden after 9/11? Would you have justified sitting down with ISIS? Because that’s exactly what just happened.
I’ve buried brothers because of Putin. I’ve seen civilians executed, children crushed under rubble, entire families wiped off the earth. And yet, Trump—your leader—just gave that monster a seat at the table.
For three years, Ukraine has been fighting for survival, standing on the front line of freedom. The American people have stood with us, and I will always be grateful for that. But now, your president stands with our enemy.
So I’ll ask again—America, how do you feel about that?

“I’ve buried brothers because of Putin. I’ve seen civilians executed, children crushed under rubble, entire families wiped off the earth. And yet, Trump—your leader—just gave that monster a seat at the table.”
No, not a bad dream, it’s actually happening. A grisly child-murderer and child kidnapper is going to DC.
Moscow says 700,000 children from Ukraine conflict zones now in Russia

Mafia land is a grave, where humans are sacrificed for the sick dreams of its monster leader, Vlad, the blood-sucking vampire, and where common decency, morals, dignity, and compassion do not exist. And, what a ruskie promises you now is already irrelevant as soon as the words have exited his foul trap, his signature is worth as much as dog shit on the bottom of your shoes. Donald Trump loves this ghoul and his depraved people, because he is also morally bankrupt.
