In the Bryansk region of the Russian Federation, local residents reported
explosions last night. They claim that an electrical substation in the village of Vygonichi was attacked.
Footage has also appeared online, presumably taken at the scene of the attack. This is reported by the independent Russian publication ASTRA, but local authorities do not acknowledge the consequences of the strikes.
What is known
On the morning of October 12, ASTRA wrote that residents of the village of Vygonychi, Bryansk region, reported “a large number of explosions” during the night.

“It is alleged that a local electrical substation was attacked. Residents are also posting footage in chat rooms, allegedly from the scene of the attack. There is no confirmation of this information, as well as the authenticity of the footage, yet,” the publication notes.
In the footage posted on the ASTRA Telegram channel, captured on video surveillance cameras, the hum of drone engines can be heard, as well as powerful explosions. However, the work of air defense is not heard in the video.
However, according to the Russian Defense Ministry, 15 Ukrainian drones were allegedly shot down over the region overnight. In total, the agency announced the “destruction” of 32 drones.

Local authorities in the region deny any damage. As Bryansk Oblast Governor Oleksandr Bogomaz wrote this morning, “there were no casualties or damage” as a result of the attack – but at the same time “operational and emergency services are working on the ground.”

Interestingly, drones were “shot down” over the Bryansk region, and the residents of the region were only warned about a “missile attack” that lasted a little more than half an hour.

Earlier, OBOZ.UA reported that explosions at a thermal power plant in Belgorod, Russia, occurred again the previous evening. They resulted in the second blackout in the city in recent days.
It was also reported that SBU drones hit the Bashneft-UNPZ oil refinery in Ufa. To hit the target, the drones traveled 1,400 km: this is the distance from Ukraine that Ufa is located.

Now it’s Ukraine’s turn to turn off the lights in mafia land.
Amen!
