There are no restrictions on Ukrainian territory.
Correct – but the “someone here” that darkbrandon mentioned made the blanket statement “he won’t allow the ATACMS to be used”.
I corrected that “someone” to say, “He won’t allow the ATACMS to be used *on russian territory*.”
