A Russian soldier was detained near Vovchansk, who was hiding in the forest after the de-occupation

On February 25, 2022, a man crossed the Ukrainian border as part of the armed forces of the Russian Federation outside the city of Volchansk.

Ukrainian law enforcement officers near Volchansk detained the Russian occupier after the de-occupation of part of the Kharkov region, hiding in the forest.

This was reported on  the page  of the Kharkiv region police.

“On September 23, law enforcement officers found an unknown person while patrolling and working off the de-occupied territories. He turned out to be a 27-year-old mobilized native of the city of Ilovaisk, Donetsk region,” the law enforcement agencies said.

It is noted that on February 25, 2022, the man crossed the Ukrainian border as part of the armed forces of the Russian Federation outside the city of Volchansk.

“He served with weapons at checkpoints. The invader arrived in the village of Yurchenkove a month ago, before the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” the police added.

Now the occupier has been detained. He was handed over to law enforcement officers.

As of September 23,  Russia’s losses in Ukraine  have crossed the psychological mark and now amount to 56,060 people. Another 550 opponents were eliminated in our state in a day.
