A video of another savage massacre in the ranks of the Russian army has been posted online . The footage shows a Russian soldier torturing two of his henchmen: he stripped them down to their underwear, hung them by their hands from a crossbar between two trees, and beat them with a stick.

According to Censor.NET , judging by the executioner’s comments on the video, the reason for the torture was the lack of fuel. The Russian soldiers flatly refused to follow the order and go on missions due to the lack of fuel. Instead, they wrote a complaint about poor support.
