A massive attack on civilian infrastructure in the Odessa region: power outages in Izmail

The enemy launched a massive drone strike on Izmail.

Power lines and facilities at the port were damaged, OVA head Oleg Kiper reported.

Critical infrastructure is running on generators, and “Security Points” have been deployed throughout the city.

Some customers have been reconnected to backup lines, and power has been restored to nearly 15,000 families. Around 9,000 customers remain without power. DTEK reported that the city has sustained significant damage requiring extensive repairs.
