There have been landings in temporarily occupied Lugansk . As journalist Denis Kazansky reported , thick black smoke is rising in the landing area.
“A major fire has started. Secondary detonations are reported. It looks like an ammunition depot has been hit,” the journalist admitted.
Later, he specified that there was a huge fire in Lugansk after the aircraft landed on the territory of the 100th machine-building plant. “The entire horizon was covered with black smoke. The plant houses Russian military personnel and their warehouses,” he noted.

He added that there is also an arrival in occupied Makeyevka. “In Makeyevka, there is an arrival at the base of Russian occupiers at one of the city’s industrial enterprises,” he specified.

On the morning of July 19, at least 10 explosions thundered in temporarily occupied Luhansk . After that, a column of smoke rose into the sky. The explosions and fire occurred in the area of the “Aviation School”.
The occupation authorities immediately blamed the Ukrainian Armed Forces for this and stated that air defense was in operation. However, the Ukrainian authorities did not comment on this incident.
Currently, the Luhansk region is 95% occupied , with 45 people living in the free territory.
