On Saturday, June 7, a fire broke out at a bitumen plant near the Lukoil oil refinery in the Nizhny Novgorod region of Russia.

The Russian Emergencies Ministry says the fire broke out at a facility used to produce bitumen, a 200-cubic-meter tank.
The causes of the fire have not been established.
The Russians write that the open fire was extinguished on an area of 4,000 m2.
It is noted that the fire completely destroyed two and partially damaged one container with bitumen.
