On the night of October 9, explosions were heard again in Russia. The Redkinsky Research Plant, located in the Tver region, was once again under attack by the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
The enterprise is involved in the production of fuel for the Kh-55 and Kh-101 cruise missiles, as well as additives for diesel fuel and aviation gas. The attack was reported on the Exilenova+ Telegram channel.

That night, explosions were heard in the urban-type settlement of Redkine , located southeast of Tver.

“The enterprise produces components of the Decilin-M fuel for the Kh-55 and Kh-101 cruise missiles, as well as additives for diesel fuel and aviation kerosene. The plant is part of the production chain of the Russian military-industrial complex, providing the missile and aviation industries with special chemical products,” explained the choice of target in Exilenova+.
The company is under sanctions from the US and the UK.
The channel also showed videos shot by eyewitnesses, showing flashes from the hits and the sounds of UAV engines and Russian air defense attempts to shoot them down – and, as the author of one of the videos says, the Russians continued to “shoot down” the drones even after they fell on the factory.
At the time these videos were shot, there were no signs of fire or any other effects of the impacts.
This is not the first time this plant has been attacked. The last time it was attacked was in February 2026.
Then the visit of Ukrainian drones ended with a massive fire at the plant.
