69% of the Russian economy is in a state of stagnation, – SZR

In Russia, deep crisis processes are being observed in the coal industry, oil refining, construction, automotive industry, and logistics.

This was reported by  the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine (FIS), Censor.NET reports .

As noted, these industries account for about 17% of the total revenue of the Russian federal budget.

52% of the economy is in a real state of stagnation. This primarily concerns the manufacturing sector.

The SZR notes that the main reason is that over 40% of Russian enterprises have liabilities that exceed three times their profits. At the same time, working capital is increasingly dependent on accounts payable, as bank lending is both too expensive and virtually unavailable.

“In order to hide real statistical data and prevent panic in Russian society regarding the financial situation, the Russian Federation has decided to classify information about the economy and foreign trade as state secrets. From now on, to reassure the public, only selective indicators that are beneficial to the authorities will be published,” the foreign intelligence service added.
