Since the beginning of April 15, 58 combat clashes have occurred on the Russian-Ukrainian front. The Defense Forces repelled 13 enemy attacks in the Pokrovsk direction, and 4 battles are ongoing.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Russian shelling of Ukraine
Russian artillery and mortar fire impacted the communities of Bila Beriza, Turya, Petrushivka, and Prokhody in Sumy region. Russian forces carried out airstrikes with guided bombs on the areas of Naumivka, Osoivka, Petrushivka, and Mala Rybitsa in Sumy region.
Situation on major fronts
Kupiansk direction: the Russian enemy attacked Ukrainian positions near the settlements of Zahryzove and Nova Kruhliakivka twice, with one battle still ongoing.
Lyman direction: the Russian army launched 10 attacks on Ukrainian positions near Novomykhailivka, Nadiya, and the areas of Zelena Dolyna and Hryhorivka. Four of these battles are still ongoing.
Siverskyi direction: Russian troops are searching for weak spots in Ukrainian defenses near Verkhnokamyanske and Bilohorivka. The Defense Forces successfully repelled three enemy attacks.
Kramatorsk direction: the occupying Russian forces attempted to advance on Ukrainian positions near Stupochky but failed.
Toretsk direction: 12 battles took place, while two Russian assault actions are still ongoing. The enemy is attempting to advance near Dachne, Diliivka, and Toretsk.
Pokrovsk direction: Russian invaders made 17 attempts to displace Ukrainian defenders from their positions in the areas of Sukha Balka, Zelene Pole, Yelyzavetivka, Lysivka, Udachne, Troitske, Bohdanivka, and Andriivka. The Defense Forces are holding the line, having repelled 13 attacks, with four clashes ongoing.
Novopavlivka direction: the Russian enemy attempted to break through our defenses four times near the settlements of Kostiantynopil, Pryvilne, Vilyne Pole, and in the direction of Odradne. One battle continues to this day. Aviation strikes targeted Novopil.
Hulyaipole direction: the Russian army carried out airstrikes with unguided air rockets on Huliaipole and Malynivka.
Orikhiv direction: Ukrainian defenders repelled an enemy assault near Kamianske. The enemy also carried out an airstrike on Novodanilivka.
Prydniprovskyi direction: the Russian invaders attempted to advance once but were repelled.
In the Kursk region, there have been four battles since the start of the day. The enemy carried out 18 airstrikes, dropping 37 guided bombs, and conducted 162 artillery bombardments.
No significant changes have been reported on other fronts.

Fifty-eight clashes during a purported major spring offensive campaign is not much. Not much to add to that.
This is a huge drop from the 150+ attacks from last year. No doubt the orcs are short of armour, artillery and meat puppets.
