50 people’s deputies ask the Constitutional Court to cancel the appointment of members of the National Tariff Commission

The Constitutional Court has received a petition from 50 deputies on the constitutionality of appointing the current National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Public Utilities. The press service of the Constitutional Court reports.

The appeal was signed by deputies from “Batkivshchyna”, “Nasho Krai”, “Servants of the People”, “European Solidarity” and other factions and groups. , Oksana Kryvenko, Ruslana Kaidash, Olga Babiy, Valeriy Tarasyuk and Oleksiy Magda.

People’s Deputies also ask to cancel the provisions of the “Final and Transitional Provisions” of the Law on the National Commission for Regulation of Economic Competition.

In July, President Volodymyr Zelensky approved a rotation scheme for members of the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Utilities until 2025.
