Shandrygolovo. The same settlement where last fall, Troika fighters recorded a war crime by the Russian army: the occupiers shot a family of civilians and took a girl hostage in order to advance Russian troops.

Our time. Offensive Operation “Vivaldi”. Units of the Third Army Corps and attached units conduct strike and search operations in the village and its surroundings to clear the territory of the infiltrated enemy. They advance through streets where, after numerous shelling, only ruins remain, and it is difficult to believe that anyone still lives here. But during the search operations, the groups discover civilians.

They turned out to be a man and his adult daughter, who, despite all the persuasions, refuse to evacuate. And the search for the occupiers continues.

In one of the trenches, the fighters capture two Russians at once. In the landing, three more are given the chance to voluntarily surrender. In response, the enemy makes a sharp movement to get a grenade. The real-time clearing, conversations with civilians, and the memories of the fighters — in the video!
