The exchange of prisoners took place in Turkey.
215 warrior-heroes are free. These are the military, police, national guards, border guards, troopers, customs officers, civilians. Among them are officers, Heroes of Ukraine, defenders of Azovstal.
The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Security Service of Ukraine published a photo of the release from captivity of the defenders of Ukraine. How it was – see the photo report below.
Among the 215 prisoners who were rescued from Russian captivity, 200 defenders were directly exchanged for Putin’s godfather Viktor Medvedchuk, the press service of the SBU reports.
In particular, 118 National Guard servicemen, 9 police officers and 9 border guards were released from Russian captivity. Among the released are also 10 foreigners who fought for Ukraine and received death threats.
Ukraine exchanged its heroes for 50 Russian citizens and a person with a Ukrainian passport – Viktor Medvedchuk.

Recall that during the exchange, five commanders were released (Azov, Denis “Redis” Prokopenko, Svyatoslav “Kalina” Ponomar, Oleg Khomenko, the 36th brigade – Serhiy “Volyn” Volynsky, and the 12th brigade of the NGU Denis Shlega).
As President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky noted in his video message, among those exchanged there are those who survived the terrorist attack staged by the Russians in a colony in the occupied Yelenovka in Donbass.

I’m sure Medvedfuk sang like a bird for the SBU so getting 215 is great news for a lot of Ukrainians. I wish only the best for our warriors, boodmoh.
It’s a magnificent achievement.
They had to trade their highest value asset to do it, but it was worth it.
Are there any others that have value to the enemy; Boyko, Rabinovich etc? I wonder if these criminals are still in Ukraine?
I doubt it, corruption has gone down to about zero since the war started.
I heard those “collection” rackets had almost disappeared now.
This was the RuZZian practice of local govt officials taking money; protection-style, from business owners. Eg; a factory owner wants to build new plant, he has to go to some apparatchik for the paperwork and must pay a “tribute.”
Money was collected each week in cash using cars with armed guards, who then took it to Kyiv to for divvying up amongst corrupt officials.
Hopefully this criminality will never return.
Medvedchuk’s party was heavily involved in this.
And it wasn’t even very long ago when Yanukobytch gave a bank to his son.
