A victory is a victory is a victory. Sure, the price in blood for it was horribly high, but Putin was willing to pay it. Shall we tear up about the thousands of RuSSians killed in the meat grinder now? That would be as stupid as believing that the death toll makes it less of a victory for the regime. The focus rather has to be on ways to prevent this from happening again. So, the human wave tactic of the enemy has to be countered. In a situation where shell shortage prevents artillery from destroying offensives, there need to be other ways from keeping the orcs from reaching their targets. All possible means available to Ukraine, like mass drone attacks, more infantry manning the lines, and increased airstrikes, have to be employed, to stabilize the front until more ammunition arrives. Because moral victory ain’t enough and a string of retreats still leads to defeat. No matter how many mobicks Putin would have to sacrifice for that. The more attack, the more have to be killed, that’s the only way to win.
Cutting the logistics is the best way to defeat any enemy. Unfortunately our leaders are not prepared to risk giving Ukraine the tools to do the job.

Well I just did.
Oh no, my mistake, it was a speck of dust in my eye.
The orcs lost more personnel in Avdiivka than the Soviets lost in the 10 year Afghan war. Fucking mind boggling.
