The Tsapkovsky gang is considered one of the most cruel and unscrupulous in the modern history of Russia.

For participation in the SVO, the Kremlin pardoned two members of the Tsapkovsky organized crime group , which became notorious for the mass murder of 12 people (including children) in 2010 in the Krasnodar region of the Russian Federation. This was reported by Novosti Rostov with reference to its source in Russian law enforcement agencies.

We are talking about Vyacheslav Ryabtsev, nicknamed “Buba” and Andrei Bykov, nicknamed “Bull”. According to the source, at first the Wagner Group did not want to take them on board, but since Ryabtsev at one time made a deal with the investigation, they “helped” him get into the war. It is alleged that Ryabtsev is already free – he got married and lives in one of the cities of the Krasnodar Territory.

How Bykov got to the front is not specified. According to the source, he is now undergoing treatment “on the territory of the LDPR” after being seriously wounded. What will happen to him next is not clear, but he has a pardon “in his hands.”

The third member of the gang, Vladimir Alekseev, was never accepted by the Wagner PMC. The reasons are not given, but it is likely due to the life sentence given to him.

What is Tsapkovskaya organized crime group known for?

The Tsapkovskaya or Kushchevskaya organized crime group operated in the village of Kushchevskaya, Krasnodar Territory, Russian Federation, since the early 1990s. The gang was engaged in almost all types of criminal business, while keeping the entire local population in fear.

The gang had countless crimes on its record, including murders and beatings of unwanted people, systematic rape of local girls – all crimes were covered up by local security forces. However, on the night of November 5, 2010, the gang committed a mass murder, which the police could not put on the brakes, since the crime received nationwide publicity.

As a result of the massacre, three families were killed – a local farmer, the director of a large Rostov company and a family of neighbors. A total of 12 people were killed, including 4 children. The youngest of the victims was only nine months old. Bandits of the Tsapkovskaya organized crime group were found guilty of the murder. Ryabtsev and Bykov were sentenced to 20 years in prison, and Vladimir Alekseev, known as Vova-Bespredel, was sentenced to life.
