According to analysts, during a heavy operation, Ukrainian forces cleared the entire northwestern outskirts of the city, though some Russian units still remain inside Kupiansk.
The operation established a blocking line, cutting the enemy garrison off from main Russian forces.
Defenders quickly secured the settlements of Radkivka and Kindrashivka, and gained fire control over Holubivka.
Currently, efforts continue to locate and neutralize remaining enemy units in the city, DeepState summarizes.
Official updates are awaited from the General Staff or other Defense Forces representatives.

I just saw a troll commenting on youtube, he claims russia withdrew from Kupiansk as it held no strategic value. This is remarkable after Putler claimed it was a key city. If the orcs are claiming it was a retreat, it proves that Ukraine have liberated Kupiansk, plus 5 other settlements in the area.
