Overnight into March 22, Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces said they destroyed a Buk-M3 surface-to-air missile system and a Buk-M2 transporter-loader vehicle in Russia’s Bryansk region. The announcement was made by Unmanned Systems Forces Commander Robert “Madyar” Brovdi on Facebook.

“Today, in the Bryansk marshes, a highly mobile multifunctional medium-range Buk-M3 surface-to-air missile system was destroyed together with its crew, as well as a Buk-M2 transporter-loader vehicle. The operation was carried out by pilots of the 413th Raid Separate Battalion of the Unmanned Systems Forces,” he wrote.
The troops also destroyed a Triumf radar belonging to an S-400 system in the Donetsk region.
According to Brovdi, 26 elements of Russia’s air defense systems have already been destroyed in the first 22 days of March.
Overall, drones operated by the Unmanned Systems Forces have destroyed or damaged 7,073 Russian personnel and 25,612 targets, he said.
Earlier, operators from the Unmanned Systems Forces struck a Tor surface-to-air missile system and a BM-21 Grad multiple launch rocket system in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine.
On March 20, Ukrainian troops used an FPV drone to bring down a Russian Ka-52 Alligator attack helicopter.
