Ukraine has continued their attacks on Russia’s Baltic Sea oil export terminals Primorsk and Ust Luga. Ukraine is attempting to end Russia’s ability to export oil from the Baltic Sea entirely. The Gulf States have announced defense agreements with Ukraine as they seek Ukraine’s protection from Iranian attacks.
