As global attention shifts toward the Middle East, Ukraine is facing a growing strategic challenge. While the war continues on the frontlines, the geopolitical environment around it is changing—and not in Ukraine’s favor.

Ukraine needs to preempt any backsliding from the EU by taking ‘offline’ as much Russian oil production as possible. Unfortunately, politicians are only interested in the next election cycle. If the public uproar gets too big, I fear there will be more and more clamour for a relaxing of sanctions on Russian oil and gas. Once that happens, Russia has more or less won the political game (not on the battlefield, though). This is just what Putin had in mind: outlast the will of the West. that is why it is imperative that Ukraine focuses all efforts on destroying Russian oil and gas production.

The full answer Donald Trump. He is Putin’s sycophant, only Russian intelligence services or God may know why; the American public does not. The administration consists exclusively of Trump’s yes men and women and careerists. May they rot. The Republicans in Congress are a combination of MAGA sycophants, careerists and those terrorized into impotence by Trump’s threats. Hope for America rests in the November Congressional elections resulting in a Democratic majority, thus control, of the House (most likely) and/or Senate (less likely). Trump, and therefore US foreign policy, is not allied with any nation, it follows only Trump’s whims. That is most evident in the Iran war Trump started in violation of the US Constitution which MANDATES that ONLY Congress can declare war, which Congress last did in December 1941. Slava Ukaini!

Never stop standing for freedom . Never give up . It is always darkest before the storm , but every morining the sun will rise and a new day is born . Ukraine will be free , just as Ukraine is real defender of the whole western world . The western world is trade , citizen rights and freedoms over the government not the gov. over the citizen and each citizen is equal . May this be truth not just words in time . Axis is their citizens are slaves to the government . Power is gained by taking from others . Such is evil . May God protect and guide Ukraine.

The UK and Europe will never give up on Ukraine, Kira. As you will know, the UK has set up repair hubs in Ukraine to reduce the down time of equipment and there’s a British/Ukrainian joint drone factory here further cementing our commitment.
Ukraine will overcome all obstacles and will not be defeated.
