Right now, it would be at least just as important for Ukraine to get permission to strike deeper into mafia land. Refusing this and refusing NATO membership is underlining the cowardice of the Biden administration.
With NATO it has to be a group decision, but we know whom the foot draggers are. As to the full use authorization, President Zelenskyy and President Biden are talking and hopefully that gets resolved.
