The operation in the Kursk region continues: important news

The day before People’s Deputy Mykhailo Tsimbalyuk reported that the Defense Forces of Ukraine during a special operation in the Kursk region managed to capture ” fat figures ” that the Russians would like to return as part of the exchange.

Ukraine’s invasion of the Kursk region could be a turning point in Russian history, like the first battle in 1943, according to retired British colonel Hamish de Bretton-Gordon, who commanded NATO’s rapid response to chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear threats.

According to the journalists of The New York Times, the Ukrainian operation in the Kursk region is an attempt to shock Russia, which is already used to a bloody war, which is still limited to the territory of Ukraine. However, if the losses of the Armed Forces near Kursk turn out to be large enough, and the effect for Russia is relatively insignificant, this will finally undermine Ukraine’s ability to hold the front in Donbas, journalists believe.

Meanwhile, the adviser of the President’s Office, Mykhailo Podolyak , said that the Kursk region, like any other Russian border region, supports the war in Ukraine. According to Podoliak, the authorities of the Russian Federation are confident that its territory is informally inviolable and “no one will destroy the logistics and infrastructure of the war on the territory of the Russian Federation.”
