The admiral’s dismissal has already been reported to the personnel.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy, Nikolai Evmenov, was dismissed. His position was taken by the hero of Russia, Admiral Alexander Moiseev. He is now temporarily acting as Commander-in-Chief of the Navy, but will soon take up this position full-time.

As the Russian publication Fontanka writes, citing its own sources, personnel decisions in the leadership of the Russian Navy became known on March 10.

The appointment of Admiral Moiseev as commander of the Navy has already been communicated to the personnel. Admiral Nikolai Evmenov is currently listed as the Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy on the website of the Ministry of Defense, but the Admiralty has a clear opinion – he will not return to his office.
