During the day on March 17, Ukrainian defenders eliminated and wounded another
1,710 Russian occupiers. In addition, dozens of units of various enemy equipment were destroyed on the battlefield.
Since the start of the full-scale war, the total losses of the enemy have already amounted to 1,282,570 people. This is reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Over the past 24 hours, 3 tanks, 11 armored vehicles, and 29 artillery systems were destroyed. The enemy’s total losses are 11,786 tanks, 24,229 armored personnel carriers, and 38,506 artillery systems.
Russian terrorists have also lost 1,688 multiple launch rocket systems and 1,333 air defense systems since the beginning of the war.
Total Russian losses increased to 435 aircraft, 349 helicopters and 184,333 UAVs. Since the beginning of the war, the Air Defense Forces have destroyed 4,468 Russian cruise missiles.
In addition, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have already sunk 33 Russian ships during the war , disposed of 83,974 units of automotive equipment and tanker trucks, as well as 4,091 units of special equipment.
As a reminder, the Ukrainian Defense Forces launched a strike with drones on a Russian Interior Ministry training ground in the Lazurne district of the Kherson region. The attack killed five police officers and injured several others of varying severity.
Earlier, OBOZ.UA reported that Ukrainian troops continue to destroy Russian army equipment in temporarily occupied territories. The Armed Forces of Ukraine inflicted significant damage on enemy targets in the Zaporizhia region. The defenders destroyed two warehouses – with drones and other logistical support.
