The Ukrainian Defense Forces are conducting successful counterattacks and offensive operations in the Oleksandrivsk sector and near Huliaipole.

Oleksandr Syrskyi, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, announced this on his Facebook page.

He stated that units of the Assault Forces and the Air Assault Forces are actively engaged in operations in this area.

An analysis of updates to the official General Staff map and assessments by Deep State analysts over the seven-day period from February 9 to 16 indicates that Ukrainian assault units have made localized gains in several sections of the front line.

“Meanwhile, our units are conducting effective counterattacks and assault operations, and are efficiently employing unmanned systems, artillery, and electronic warfare capabilities,” the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the successes in these sectors.

On February 11, 2026, it was reported that units of the 33rd Separate Assault Regiment had cleared Russian invasion forces from the village of Kosivtseve in the Zaporizhzhia region.

Prior to that, a group of Russian soldiers had entered the village and taken up positions in residential buildings. To eliminate them, an infantry unit was deployed and guided and supported by drones.
