Maduro himself has already been taken to the Brooklyn Detention Center

Vice President Delcy Rodriguez is to take over as acting president of Venezuela .
This was ruled by the country’s Supreme Court, Reuters reports . The court explained its decision by saying that Rodriguez’s appointment to this position is important “to ensure administrative continuity and the comprehensive protection of the country.”
In addition, as the New York Times (NYT) reports, citing a law enforcement official familiar with the transportation route of Nicolas Maduro, a helicopter carrying the ousted Venezuelan president landed in Brooklyn near the Detention Center, where he will be held until trial.
The (NYT) also reported that a police officer near the Detention Center informed those present near the building through a loudspeaker that Maduro had already entered the facility.
The crowd of people began to cheer, sing, and wave Venezuelan flags.
Maduro’s capture: news
As UNIAN reported, US President Donald Trump previously stated that his country would participate in further changes in Venezuela after the capture of Nicolas Maduro in order to prevent the coming to power of a person like him.
Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy expressed the opinion that the United States could solve the problem with some other dictators in the same way as it solved the problem with Maduro .

Quick and painless. Unlike Poopin’s 3-day special military op…
But unlawful.
Not according to the courts:

It was an illegal coup and a violation of international law and Venezuela’s sovereignty, + kidnapping.

The article you posted talks about the current regime’s corrupt Department of Justice; it doesn’t say anything about the courts. The DOJ unsealed the indictment; there’s not been a trial yet, so the courts have yet to weigh in.
“Quick and painless.”
Maybe as far as the US military is concerned. The New York Times reported that at least 40 civilians and military personnel were killed in the attack, which hit a three-story apartment building.

Thanks. I’d bet the Moskali are a bit nervous after watching this mission. Especially after the other long distance mission to bomb Iran’s nuclear sites.
I don’t think that the Moskali are too worried about trumpkov turning on his Vladi-daddy. This attack was as per putler’s plan from 2019 – see the article posted here:
Our military personnel? I heard only 2 of our military personnel were slightly injured. I don’t trust the NYT. AI says “half dozen”. Since we didn’t have any civilians they were probably commies so fuck em
“Our military personnel?”
No – Venezuelan.
“they were probably commies so fuck em”
They were innocent citizens who had no control over who their leader was.
Whenever I went to Venezuela, the people I met were friendly. (This was back in the Caldera and Chávez years.)
