Ukraine’s intelligence released footage showing precision strikes against high-value russian air defense, radar, and naval assets on the peninsula

Specialists of the Prymary unit, operating under the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, continue to systematically dismantle russian defenses in temporarily occupied Crimea. Footage released by the agency highlights a series of precision strikes carried out over the past week against high-value military assets.

The targets reportedly included some of the more sophisticated systems deployed by russian forces in Crimea. Among them were an advanced air defense system, a long-range radar station, and a military landing craft, equipment designed to reinforce layered defense and coastal security.

One of the most notable losses was the Pantsir-S1 air defense missile and gun system. Designed to protect critical infrastructure and other air defense assets from aerial threats, the system combines surface-to-air missiles with rapid-fire cannons. Its damage or destruction reduces short-range air defense coverage and potentially exposes surrounding assets to further strikes.

Also hit was the Nebo-U radar system, a long-range surveillance radar capable of detecting aerodynamic and certain ballistic targets. Radar systems like the Nebo-U system form a cornerstone of integrated air defense networks, providing early warning and target tracking data. Disabling such a system can create temporary gaps in situational awareness.

In addition to land-based systems, Ukrainian intelligence operators struck the BK-16 (Project 02510) landing craft. The BK-16 vessel is designed for rapid troop deployment, patrol missions, and special operations in coastal areas. Damage to such vessels complicates maritime mobility and limits russia’s ability to maneuver forces along the peninsula’s coastline.

The targeting pattern suggests a deliberate focus on degrading layered defense capabilities. By striking both air defense elements and surveillance infrastructure, the Prymary unit appears to be undermining the interconnected systems that protect russian military facilities in Crimea.
